Oak & Iron, Inc. offers Owners and Developers the opportunity to utilize our Design-Build construction model, meaning that you as the Owner/Developer will have a single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of a project.  Our goal as a company is to provide a transparent business model where our clients are given all the information that they may need to make informed and educated decisions.  We also realize that our clients may already have a design or blueprint in mind and if that is the case then we can set out to make your designs a reality.  We are equipped with a number of resources ranging from architects and engineers to a vast array of subcontractors in every field.
